Returns & Exchanges

While we cannot currently offer returns for change of mind, we are happy to organise an exchange for other products or online credit. If you would like to exchange an item please ensure it is returned within 14 days of purchase, and is in its original condition. We cannot cover return postage for change of mind exchanges at this time.

If an item has arrived damage we will organise a replacement, online credit or a refund.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We are proud to offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $80AUD. Below this standard shipping (2-8 business days) costs $10, and express shipping (1-5 business days) costs $15.

Products undelivered due to customer fault (such as incorrect address details or refused deliveries) will be resolved at the customer's expense. If a product is returned to us and the customer doesn't want re-delivery the product cost will be refunded.

International Shipping

We are proud to offer a flat rate of $20AUD for all international shipping over $60AUD. As we're an Australian business and far from the rest of the world shipping will take 10-18 business days.

Please note that orders shipped internationally are subject to local area import laws, which may attract customs and duties fees. If you are concerned about this we recommend that you contact the relevant country import office to discuss the relevant fees prior to placing your order. Any fees or charges are the responsibility of the customer, and are not included in your purchase. If the customer refuses the delivery due to customs fees or charges, and the product is returned to V.M. Verre, product cost will be refunded.
