It features over 50 prompts, created in collaboration with psychologists, focussed on exploring, understanding and healing your inner self. The notebook itself is A6 and sustainably made, so you can feel good taking it anywhere.
The prompts are provided on sticker sheets kept inside a hand-adhered pocket in the back of the journal. Choose a prompt that speaks to you, or at random, and write as little or as much as you like. You won't be held back by a prompt appearing too soon on the next page, or feel pressured to write more than you feel that day.

i’ve been looking at getting into journaling and this is the perfect place start ! it’s got lined pages and it comes with seperate sticker prompts so you can use the pages for anything. it’s super straightforward and easy to use, and great quality too. AND it’s also the perfect size to fit into my handbag so i can take it anywhere !!! you can just tell that a lot of love and time went into making these products, id happily purchase again !

This journal has been absolute gold. As someone who didn't journal and felt intimidated by finding what to write, the prompts were so helpful. Not to mention, the book is absolutely gorgeous and is the perfect size to take out and about.

I am IN LOVE with this journal!!!
First, the quality of the cover and pages blew me away!!! The cover is breathtakingly beautiful and I love to run my fingers over the stitches on the journal's spine!!! Additionally, I use quite inky pens and have had no bleed-through thus far!!!
I also love that the prompts for this are on stickers so that I can write as much or as little as I need (additionally, the envelope in the back to keep the stickers in is SO convenient and helpful!!)!!! I was surprised (yet increasingly excited!!) to find that the prompts are actually things that I am currently working on with my therapist, and each one I have used so far has been incredibly insightful!!!
Bonus points for being travel-sized!!!
